All orders are automatically scheduled for the next delivery day. Due to a large volume of online orders to organise and limited storage, we are unable to hold orders for future delivery dates.
Same day delivery applies to orders placed before 7am and all orders placed after this timeframe will be delivered the following delivery day.
T&CS | Our delivery service is 'contactless' and as such, your order will be left at the entryway or a safe location of your nominated address. If there is no safe place to leave the delivery, it will be returned to our store for collection. Additional delivery attempts will incur a redelivery fee.
If you are in an office or apartment building, your order will be left at concierge or reception. If the building is unattended and we cannot get in contact with you, it will be returned to the store for collection. Additional delivery attempts will incur a redelivery fee.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure they provide us with correct delivery information. We accept no responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address when this information is provided to us.
Please note - we do not offer delivery to medical establishments such as hospitals.
Click & Collect
If you would like to collect your order from our boutique, simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout.
You'll receive an email once your order is ready for collection from 250 Oxford Street, Leederville. If you can't see the email, please check your junk/spam in case it has been filtered there. The person collecting will need to present proof of purchase to collect your goods. Orders are usually ready in 1-3 days unless stated otherwise.
We kindly ask that all click and collect orders are picked up within 5 days of being ready due to limited storage facilities.
We offer shipping Australia-wide on select items, calculated at checkout. (Most small/medium planters including ceramics, grow lights, accessories etc can be posted).
Shipping excludes; all indoor plants, soil, Ivy Muse products and some particularly bulky goods.
All in stock orders dispatch from Perth in 1-5 business days unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email once shipped so you can track your order.
Freight is calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight and delivery location.
Some items are too bulky and heavy to post. Please get in contact if you would like a custom courier quote for anything particularly large (such as our tall cylinder planters).
We do not offer any postage options for our indoor plant range. They are available in-store for pick up or local delivery only.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We assess returns on a case-by-case basis. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
T&Cs | Approved returns will need to be in brand new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of the purchase date for assessment. You will then be provided with a store credit. Sale and clearance items are considered 'final sale' and are not eligible able to be returned for change of mind. Strictly no returns or exchanges on plants.
Please Note | We do not refund the original delivery/postage amount, or the cost to return your product to us when returning due to change of mind.
Refunds | Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the item you received is not of acceptable quality or if there's a mistake, we would absolutely want to resolve this for you. Please get in contact by email to discuss your order. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
